A public hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the application of Joseph Evangelista, Notice of Intent, for the construction of one building containing (2) two-family dwelling units and driveway within the buffer zone of a bordering vegetated wetland at 150 Worcester Street, West Boylston, MA.
The public hearing will be held on Monday, April 1, 2013, at 7:15 pm, at the West Boylston Town Offices, 127 Hartwell Street, West Boylston, MA.
